Carla Denyer, a Bristol city councillor and parliamentary candidate, and Adrian Ramsay, a former deputy leader of the party, were chosen to replace Jonathan Bartley and Sian Berry. Miss Denyer said that while the Greens agreed with many of Insulate Britain’s aims, the party did not ‘necessarily agree’ with the group’s tactics, which have seen members block stretches of motorway multiple times in the last three weeks.
