A thrillseeker has attempted to lure a shark to his boat so he could dive into the water and wrestle the predator.
Bizarre footage showed the man leaning over the side of the boat splashing his hand in the water to attract the shark's attention.
'Yep he is on it, he is on it, right there,' one of the onlookers said as the dangerous creature edged closer to the boat.
