The officer, named by New York Daily News as Yvonne Wu, works for the NYPD's 72nd precinct and has five years on the job. She allegedly shot the two women inside a home in Brooklyn at 7901 19th Ave. in Bensonhurst at about 5pm on Wednesday, sources said. One of the two, a 25-year-old woman, died from her injuries. The other, Wu's 23-year-old girlfriend, suffered non life-threatening injuries, the paper said. A woman who gave her name as Jenny Li called 911, the paper said.
