Donald Trump has to appear for a videotaped deposition Monday as part of a lawsuit related to a demonstration outside his New York City building during his campaign in 2015, a Bronx judge ordered.
'Donald J. Trump shall appear for a deposition October 18, 2021 at 10 a.m.,' Judge Doris Gonzalez's order says, 'or, in the event of illness or emergency, on another mutually agreed to date on or before October 31, 2021.'
A group of Mexican protestors are alleging they were assaulted outside of Trump Tower.
The lawsuit names several defendants including Trump, his campaign and his former head of security Keith Schiller.
