A Virginia prosecutor who had run on a footing of ending mass incarceration in jails pushed to have a father who was dragged out of a Loudoun County school board meeting jailed on two misdemeanor charges.
Scott Smith was photographed on June 22 being arrested and dragged out of the heated meeting with his torso exposed in Leesburg, Virginia after he protested its proposed transgender policies.
The 48-year-old plumber was ridiculed on social media afterwards and was painted by the left to be a deranged, right-wing bigot.
But Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj pushed to have Smith jailed for his outburst.

In an interview with The Daily Wire, Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj who was described as a 'progressive' elected county prosecutor who had run for their position campaigning to end 'mass incarceration,' had pushed for jail time against Smith who was slapped with charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
