Two young boys were photographed squeezing through the railings surrounding the White House Sunday afternoon while President Joe Biden was inside.

One unidentified child in an orange shirt looked jubilant as he hopped in and out of the property shortly after 11am.

A slightly older child in a white shirt and rainbow sleeve stepped halfway inside at around 1.20pm, as onlookers extended their arms into White House property to get a closer shot of the presidential residence.

The fence was 8 ft tall, including a 2 ft stone base, until renovations began in July 2019 to raise it to 13 ft, according to the National Park Service

Construction was expected to end this year, but the current status of the project, which has been completed in phases, is unclear.
