NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet has pleaded with Tasmanian officials to let a Sydney woman into the state to see her dying mother who has just 48 hours to live.
Mercedes Maguire, 48, was told she must quarantine for 14 days before seeing her mother Teresa Florez, 90, in Hobart after officials refused a request for a travel exemption.
