A beach hut has been bought for more than half a million pounds-by someone who has not even visited it.
The 344 square feet shack called Ferndale was bought for in excess of £550,000 by someone who did an online 'tour'.
It has two bedrooms and is perched on a cliffside overlooking the beach at Whitsand Bay, which is between Looe in Cornwall and Plymouth in Devon.
