A retired Maryland utility worker struck gold for the second time after he won $2 million in a scratch off ticket.

The worker, 65, had scored the expensive prize when he purchased two tickets for the $2,000,000 Richer game at an Exxon in North Salisbury.

He scratched off the two tickets in his car with the first only revealing a $100 prize and the second, of course, revealing a 'Gold Bar' emblem which meant he had won the $2 million.

The lucky man, whose name has not been revealed, had formerly won another $2 million
