BREAKING NEWS: Police raid two homes in Sydney in search for alleged cocaine kingpin Mostafa Baluch - after he cut off his ankle bracelet and disappeared By Kylie Stevens For Daily Mail Australia Published: 23:11 GMT, 4 November 2021 | Updated: 23:13 GMT, 4 November 2021 Two Sydney homes have been raided by police as the manhunt for alleged cocaine kingpin Mostafa Baluch continues. He remains on the run 11 days after he broke off his ankle monitor on October 25, while on strict bail conditions facing serious drugs charges. Police raided two homes in Potts Point and Yagoona on Thursday night as part of national and international efforts to find Baluch. Police seized more than $250,000 cash, about 200 grams of cocaine, 485 grams of an unknown substance, mobile phones and an electronic money counter. Police believe Balunch is still in NSW as the manhunt to track him down ramps up. “We discovered not our crook, but a whole lot of money,” he told radio station 2GB on Friday morning. “[Mr Baluch’s] departure has made us really focus on this group and a lot of people are going to get locked up as a result of our investigations.” Share or comment on this article: All rights reserved for this news site (dailymail) and under his responsibility
