Outspoken Australian basketball star Liz Cambage is free to continue playing for her country despite being reprimanded over a fiery clash with the Nigerian team during a pre-Olympics match.
The two-time Olympian and WNBA superstar, 30, was involved in a heated altercation during an Opals warm-up match against Nigeria in Las Vegas in July.
Cambage - who ended up missing missed the Tokyo Olympics citing mental health issues - admitted in a social media video 'there were words exchanged' and 'things got heated' between her and members of the opposing team.
An investigation by Basketball Australia into Cambage's pre-Games behaviour has now ended with a formal reprimand but no suspension.
