Video covertly taken in early September showed the concerning scene at the CFMEU base at the new metro train tunnel in Melbourne.

Lying on a table next to boxes of high-vis clothes at the CBD North underground station office was a mirror with white powder on it and credit card nearby.

Next to the mirror was a can of Carlton Dry and another of James Squire cider, prompting alarm from the insider who took the video.
