Late-night revellers have braved rainy conditions to gain entry into a popular nightclub as Sydneysiders are finally allowed to hit dance-floors again.
Incredible footage shows a massive queue stretch across multiple streets as partygoers line up in the rain for Sydney's Ivy nightclub - as dancing is permitted in venues again.
Video uploaded to Reddit on Thursday night shows the line span hundreds of metres while revellers desperate to hit the dance-floor shield themselves from the rain.

Excited patrons were quick to hit late night venues again after a further easing of restrictions on Monday brought back dancing to nightclubs.
An additional hated Covid rule was dumped on Thursday, allowing partygoers to stand up while drinking both indoors and outdoors.

Prior to the rule change patrons were forced to sit at a table to prevent them mingling with other groups and could only stand up in outdoor areas like rooftops.
