I’m a Celebrity will return to British TVs on Sunday and it promises to raise the stress levels of its stars like never before.
Presenters Ant and Dec have worked out a plan to ensure the 10 latest celebrities to enter the competition are given the bumpiest introduction ever with critters and creepy crawlies en masse.
Ant who with Dec will front the ITV show for the 21st time, said: 'This year is going to be tougher than ever.

'All the celebrities will face gruelling challenges on their way to the castle to win the keys to the Castle.'
This year's celebrities are Pop Star and Presenter Frankie Bridge, ex BBC Breakfast host Louise Minchin, music producer Naughty Boy, TV host Richard Madeley, Olympic gold medallist Matty Lee, Paralympic gold medal winner Kadeena Cox, footballer David Ginola, choreographer Arlene Phillips, Radio 1Xtra DJ Snoochie Shy and Emmerdale star Danny Miller.
Four of the first celebrities to be put to task in the first programme will be Louise, Naughty Boy, Snoochie and Danny, as revealed by MailOnline.
All eight celebrities are then forced to endure the last trial of the first show - ‘Turrets of Terror’, a huge three level structure positioned in front of Gwrych Castle
Viewers will see them 'Walk the Plank' on a scaffolding over a disused quarry with a drop of several hundred feet. The celebs will have a bungee rope attached to ensure their safety.
Dec confirmed the four who will be going head to head and in this first challenge on Sunday.
Louise will face Danny and Naughty Boy you will face Snoochie.
Dec added : 'The winning team will get to pick which two celebrities from the other group will represent them in the next challenge.'
Ant said the team that wins the keys will have access to main camp in the Castle, with a bed, a warm fire and a meal on Sunday.
He added that the losers will be banished to the 'Castle Clink' and be on basic rations.
