Officers arrested 42 people on 428 charges across Brisbane's bayside as part of a ten-month operation targeting the supply and distribution of cocaine, methamphetamines, MDMA and cannabis. The drugs seized estimated to have a street value of $1million include 113kg of cannabis, 134grams of cocaine and 84grams of methamphetamine. More than a dozen weapons including hand guns and rifles along with $640,000 in cash were also taken by police. Six vehicles that were allegedly stolen stolen or used during an offence were also seized including two cars, a motorcycle, a truck, a trailer, and jet ski, which in total is estimated to cost about $230,000.
