A Newark police officer, a passenger and the cop's mother have all been arrested and charged in a vehicular homicide where the cop left the victim's dead body in his car.

Louis Santiago, 25, was driving on the Garden State Parkway on November 1 at around 3 a.m. in a 2005 Honda Accord. He had a passenger with him, 25-year-old Albert Guzman of Newark. 

While traveling northbound near exit 151, Santiago drifted off to the right shoulder and struck a pedestrian, 29-year-old nurse Damian Dymka.
