A woman who once worked for Priceline has revealed the success and failures behind launching her multimillion-dollar vitamin empire.

Clinical nutritionist Jessica Sepel, 32, and her husband, CEO Dean Steingold debuted on the Financial Review Young Rich List with an estimated worth of $426million.

Ranking in at number 24, the couple owes most of their success to Ms Sepel's wellness blog and app, which paved the way for their vitamin empire JS Health.

But it hasn't always been plain sailing for the entrepreneur, with several failed business ventures, including a healthy cereal brand, leaving the couple to lose out on tens of thousands of dollars.
