NSW Ambulance Paramedics responded to reports a person was struggling just before 3pm on Sunday at Dee Why Beach. Local surfers were assisting the man as paramedics arrived. Lifeguards and paramedics initiated CPR until the Critical Care paramedic and doctor arrived on scene. Tragically paramedics were unable to revive the man. More to follow.
