A billionaire known as the 'Chinese Gatsby' has sold his luxurious Sydney waterfront mansion for almost $20million.
Sam Guo sold the 163-year-old home, called Windermere, on Ernst Street at Hunter's Hill in the city's lower north shore in October.
The mansion was bought by Lauren O'Hara, who is the wife of pub baron Sean O'Hara.
Mr Guo bought the property for $11.45million in 2014 and regularly hosted lavish parties with celebrities and VIPs among the guests.
