A sobbing six year-old told cops about the moment she saw her dad shoot his TikTok star girlfriend dead after the victim slashed her father with a knife, it is claimed.
'Ms. Trish had a big knife and told my daddy she was going to stab him and he shot her,' the girl told police as she was 'crying hysterically', according to a report.
She was referring to the shooting of Patricia Grooms in Walterboro, South Carolina earlier this month.
Grooms, 32, who regularly shared family videos on TikTok, was allegedly shot multiple times by Billy Mclean Head III, 38, and her body was found inside a truck on November 12.
Head's recollection of the incident to investigators mirrored his daughters, according to a police report obtained by The Sun, although he has still been charged with murder.
He told responding officers: 'She attacked me, and I had to shoot her. She's dead in the truck.' He was found with a foot-long knife-wound along his arm, which did not require urgent medical treatment.
Head was also arrested for unlawful neglect of a child. He is currently being held in Colleton County Detention Center and has been denied bail.

According to the incident report, Grooms and Head had been dating for only a few weeks at the time of her death. They had been heading home from a Mexican restaurant in South Carolina when the alleged attack took place.
One responding officer reported that Grooms' hair was covering her face and bloodied.
'I observed what appeared to be a gunshot wound in the upper art of her left arm,' the officer wrote in the report.
Another officer noted he saw a 'dime sized wound' in her outer left arm and bicep area that was 'indicative of a gunshot'.
'I noticed a bloody spot on the left side of the head,' the officer wrote in the report.
'Though it was slightly covered by hair, it looked to be a head wound. Giving an overall assessment around Patricia, there was a lot of blood around her hands. I also noticed a green-handled fixed blade knife at the feet of the subject.'
