A Just Eat delivery cyclist was spotted travelling along the hard shoulder of the busy M5 motorway.
Driver Paul Elliot said the cyclist was riding down the hard shoulder of the motorway between the M6 junction 8, the Ray hall Interchange, in Birmingham, and M5 southbound junction 1.
The shocking scene, which was captured on a dashcam at 3.22pm on Tuesday, shows the cyclist riding an electric bike down the hard shoulder of the motorway, which runs from the Midlands to the South West.

Cars whizzed past at 70mph as the anonymous cyclist, who was dressed in a black tracksuit, travelled along the hard shoulder while carrying an orange Just Eat courier bag.
It is not known how long the food delivery cyclist was travelling along the motorway for.
Under the Highway Code rule 253, a bike is listed as a prohibited vehicle and it is illegal for people to cycle on a motorway.
Cyclists who are caught riding along the motorway risk being handed a £50 on-the-spot fine by police.
