A pensioner was left with a black eye and grazes after a DPD delivery driver hurled her neighbours package over the fence and it hit her in the face.
Marcia Hart, 78, is partially sighted and was reading in the communal garden when the driver asked if she could sign for her neighbour's package.
When Ms Hart, from Westcliff-on-Sea in Essex, said she couldn't because she didn't know her neighbours, she said the driver was frustrated.
