Residents of Lethbridge, a town just outside of Geelong, took incredible images of fluffy grey clouds passing over the area on Wednesday.
Those pictures were contrasted by footage of shopkeepers brushing water out of their stores and cars washing away in floodwaters in inner-Melbourne suburbs.
