She said she was inspired by her eldest daughter Liana to keep trying for another child after suffering a miscarriage.
'We dare to dream again,' she told The Daily Telegraph. 'My children prayed they could have another brother or sister.'
'This is a new life, a new beginning for the kids, it has given them a new purpose in life.'
Liana wants to be a mother figure to the new addition, saying all she wants for Christmas are clothes for the baby.
Mr Abdallah said he and his wife made a conscious choice not to pass on their pain to their children and this remains in their minds daily.
'We don't want to bring them down. We want them to get married and flourish and have full lives and dream
