Damian Drum joined Health Minister Greg Hunt and Attorney-General Christian Porter in heading for the exits on Friday morning. In a statements, the Nicholls MP said he believed it was the 'perfect time to pass the baton' to a new candidate for the regional seat. The trio of resignations come as Education Minister Alan Tudge also stood aside from the ministry after his former press secretary levelled serious allegations about their consensual affair at a press conference. Mr Tudge has rejected staffer Rachelle Miller's version of events. Scott Morrison will be hunting for some new faces to fill his team after three MPs announced they will not contest the next election 'I completely and utterly reject Ms Miller's accusations,' he said in a statement. Mr Tudge states he takes responsibility for his actions in the 2017 affair that 'contributed to the end of (his) marriage' but does not accept allegations of abuse. 'I have accepted responsibility for the consensual affair that should not have happened many years ago,' he said. 'But Ms Millers allegations are wrong, did not happen and are contradicted by her own written words to me.'
