Dukes of Hazzard star John Schneider slammed Alec Baldwin's teary ABC interview and cast doubt on the star's claim that the 'gun went off by itself.'

On Wednesday, the night before actor Alec Baldwin's sit down interview with George Stephanopoulos, Schneider posted an 18-minute long "video on YouTube titled 'Seriously Alec?' where he laid into the actor and claimed that the emotion showed in the interview's previews were ''bullsh**'

On Thursday Baldwin broke his silence on the shooting in an interview with ABC where he talked about how he 'loved' 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, and how he'd bonded with her widower after accidentally killing her.

He maintains that he didn't pull the trigger and that the gun just 'went off' while in his hands on the set of the movie in New Mexico on October 21.

'I let go of the hammer, bang. The gun goes off. Everyone is horrified. They're shocked. It's loud,' he said.

He also went on to say he did not claim responsibility for the tragic accident.

'Someone is responsible for what happened, and I can't say who it is, but it's not me.

'Honest to God, if I thought I was responsible I might have killed myself. And I don't say that lightly,' he said.

But Schneider did not buy Alec's tears in the promotions leading up to the interview where Baldwin could he seen weeping as he described the accidental shooting that killed Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza.

'The trigger wasn't pulled, I didn't pull the trigger,' he said in the teasers, often having to pause to collect himself, or wipe away a tear.

In the nearly 20-minute video Schneider also questioned whether people were supposed to believe 'that a
