An anti-vaxxer influencer who allegedly bashed a woman after she stepped on her foot at a festival has been accused of drug possession and not paying for petrol

Kate Szepanowski, the sister of popular wellness vlogger Chloe Szepanowski, attended Queensland's Southport Magistrates Court on Monday.

The glamorous Instagram star is charged with allegedly leaving a service station in Morayfield, on the Gold Coast, without paying for 34L of petrol on March 6.

Szepanowski is alleged not to have also paid for fuel when she filled up at a petrol station in Broadbeach on November 4.

The influencer also appeared in the Gold Coast court for charges of possessing drugs and drug utensils, and two counts of fraud.

She asked for the matter to be adjourned so she could make a submission to police, with Magistrate John Costanzo postponing the case to January 6.

The mother-of-one wore a tight black dress with long sleeves and matching high heels, and shielded her face with a large pair of sunglasses.

Szepanowski was just weeks earlier charged with assault after she allegedly attacked a woman who accidentally stepped on her foot while at a music festival.

The instagram star was at the Wildlands music festival at Bowen Hills, Brisbane, on December 28, 2019, when she was bumped into by another woman.

When the woman tried to apologise a man who was with Szepanowski allegedly grabbed her throat and punched her in the face.
