Former President Donald Trump 'strongly considered' withdrawing his nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to serve on the Supreme Court after the now-Justice declared 'I like beer' during his contentious Senate confirmation hearing, Mark Meadows reveals in his new book out Tuesday.

Trump's former White House chief of staff said the ex-president was 'extremely put off' by Kavanaugh's 2018 admission in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee in his memoir, The Chief's Chief.
