A celebrity business tycoon has furiously accused his ex-wife of 'fabrication and lies' over her claims that he could force their 14-year-old son to have sex with a prostitute if the teenager returns to London.
Heather Bird, 51, said her ex-husband Robert Tchenguiz, 61, who lives in a £20million London house next to the Royal Albert Hall, wanted their son to sleep with a sex worker to 'make him a man'.
But today Mr Tchenguiz hit back at the claims, telling MailOnline: 'This is not the first time Ms Bird is resorting to fabrication and lies.
'She is desperate to justify her unlawful actions and has already been warned by the US court of the serious consequences she could face following the hearing if she is found to have unlawfully retained the children.'
Ms Bird made the astonishing allegation in documents submitted as part of a legal action in the US brought by her ex-husband after she took their two children to see her family in the US for Christmas 2020 but never returned.

Ms Bird has also accused Mr Tchenguiz of 'years of intense psychological abuse' during their years of marriage
In a filing at the district Missoula division court in Montana, Ms Bird said their son felt 'fear and anxiety' about living with his father.
Her statement read: 'The root of his fear is his due to the thought of being returned to London where his father will follow through on his threat of making [their son] into a man by having sex with a paid sex worker that his father will arrange for.
'The threat made clear that this would happen whether [the son] wants to participate or not. The age [Tchenguiz] considers appropriate is bar mitzvah age.'
The claims caused fury in Mr Tchenguiz's camp. A source said:: 'Robert is dealing with someone who will resort to anything to embarrass him. It's complete nonsense and utter rubbish that he would force his son to sleep with a prostitute. But he has to be careful how he handles this matter because his children are involved.'
