A millionaire Silicon Valley mom accused of hosting wild alcohol-fueled sex parties for her 15-year-old son, his teen friends and girls she lured with expensive gifts has filed another attempt to be released on bail.

Shannon O'Connor, 47, was denied bail at her October court appearance after prosecutors argued she posed a flight risk and was a potential threat to 15 victims who claimed they were sexually assaulted during O'Connor's parties.

The Los Gatos woman, who reportedly went by 'the Nun' on social media,  is scheduled for a bail hearing in Santa Clara County Superior Court on January 18.

Brian Madde, O'Connor's lawyer, filed a nine-page bail motion on Wednesday on behalf of his client, The Mercury News reported.

'She has been a model inmate,' the document read. 'The People provide no facts showing Ms. O'Connor has tried to contact the victims or has made any effort to find teenagers so she can ply them with alcohol… The People likewise provide no factual information showing Ms. O'Connor to be a flight risk.'

The mother of one of the victims said that O'Connor does pose a flight risk as she has access to large sums of money after the sale of her $4.7 million, 5,122-square-foot home - where some parties took place - in December.

'We do not feel safe if she posts bail,'  the mother told Mercury News. 'The kids are terrified of her being 'out.'

O'Connor, a mother of two, allegedly organized at least a half-dozen large parties and a smattering of smaller gatherings at her home in Los Gatos, but also in Santa Cruz and Lake Tahoe, where prosecutors said she would ply 14- and 15-year-olds with vodka, hand out condoms, encourage minors to have sex, and even watch and laugh while the teenagers engaged in sex acts, some of which were said to be nonconsensual.

O'Connor's lawyer argued Wednesday that the charges against his client 'do not involve physical violence, physical force, beating or striking the victims,' and that her child endangerment, sexual battery and child molestation charges are misdemeanors.

She was in the middle of moving to Idaho with her children before her arrest on October 19, 2021.

She has now been prohibited from contacting her 15-year-old son, who now lives with their father in Texas, or any of the victims.

O'Connor was extradited from Boise, Idaho, to Santa Clara County, California, and later arraigned on 39 charges, including felony child endangerment, child molestation, sexual assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

She faces more than 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts.

She was denied bail and hit with 15 protective orders barring her from contacting the victims, including her own child, in October.

During her last court hearing in December, O'Connor was painted as a tech-savvy 'predator' who taught the teens how to lie and even allegedly used gifts in order to bait them, parents say.

O'Connor, who also faces separate embezzlement charges, allegedly 'encouraged them to engage in sexual activity with each other,' and 'threatened
