McDowell's alleged 'violent attack' in Deerfield, Beach Florida left the officer 'dazed,' according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.
The 6-foot-6, 295-pound McDowell, 25, is accused of exposing himself publicly, resisting arrest with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer.
