A young gun real estate agent from western Sydney who sold almost one property a day last year raked in $7million in commissions.
Josh Tesolin, principal at Ray White Quakers Hill, sold 350 houses and apartments last year for a total of $383.8million in sales.
The amount was a new record for the Ray White Group but the 26-year-old said he hopes to do even better this year.
The remarkable feat comes amid a housing boom across Australia with property values surging as demand skyrockets and interest rates stay incredibly low.

'We met 233 buyers at our first weekend of open homes … In my first week back in 2022, my office has 20 properties already under offer,' Mr Tesolin told The Daily Telegraph.
'A lot of people think the new year is the right time to buy a home. We just had our biggest two weeks of buyer inquiry, more than the last three months combined,' he said.
However, Mr Tesolin did admit selling the 350 properties was a 'stretch' and he had a lot of help from his staff.
'I'm super exhausted... It takes raw energy and commitment to working 24/7 to be able to sell as many properties as I have with my team,' he said.
He added he would invest a lot of his commission back into his Quakers Hill business.
The area, in Sydney's outer north-west, features mostly stand-alone homes and townhouses and is rapidly growing with a number of new subdivisions.
The median house price in the suburb is $955,000 while the median unit price is $690,000.
