Ivanka Trump and her family were spotted leaving their Miami condominium Wednesday with their luggage after a court document filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James revealed the former president's daughter was given the option to buy a luxury NYC apartment from the Trump Organization for a third of the value listed on company financial statements.
Ivanka, her real estate developer husband Jared Kushner and their three children left their Art Miami Surfside residence late Wednesday evening and entered a black vehicle as staff loaded suitcases into the trunk.
The family appeared happy as Ivanka, 40, and Jared, 41, were both pictured with smiles on their faces and in leisurely attire. The children sported similar outfits.
It was unclear where the family was headed.
Ivanka, her father former President Donald Trump and brother, Eric Trump, have faced scrutiny in recent weeks as AG James continues to release new findings from her tax fraud investigation.
The attorney general's probe comes as Donald Trump is positioning himself for a potential run to try to recapture the White House – while also blasting the probe as a politically motivated witch hunt. The investigation threatens to ensnare not only Trump and his top executives – some who have served his family for decades – but the adult children he relied on both at his business enterprise and while serving in the White House.

Ivanka and Jared left their Florida condo around 7pm Wednesday.
The seemingly cheery mother-of-three was seen holding the hand of her 8-year-old son Joseph who sported massive grim.
The couple's youngest child, Theodore, 5, was seen carrying a backpack and wearing a face covering, despite the fact that the rest of the family was unmasked.
Their eldest, 10-year-old Arabella, appeared to be grimacing or holding back a smile.
Earlier Wednesday, around 4.30pm, Jared was seen poolside as he conducted a phone call.
The 41-year-old father, sporting the same blue t-shirt he later left the condo in, was seemingly deep in conversation.
He was seen with his hands on his hips, a body gesture that is generally considered to be assertive or defensive.

The family's trip comes after James revealed Ivanka had an option to purchase a Park Avenue apartment in New York for $8.5 million, according to the court order seeking testimony filed by the AG's office, after leasing it on 'extraordinarily favorable terms'.
Donald Trump, on his Statement of Financial Condition over several years listed values of the apartment at between $20,820,000 and $25,000,000, according to the document.
