Labor is ahead in the polls with less than two weeks until election day, as the second leaders' debate was declared a draw.

The latest results from two polls show Labor is the preferred party as early voting begins from Monday.

Ipsos polling reveals Labor is leading a 57-43 result on a two-party preferred basis.

Labor has earnt its largest margin in Newspoll since the beginning of its election campaign, leading by 39 per cent with support for the Coalition at 35 per cent. 

Meanwhile Anthony Albanese's rating has increased three points to 42 per cent. Scott Morrison remains narrowly in front after falling a point to 44 per cent.
