Youtube star Kevin Samuels spent the last moments of his life with a nurse who desperately tried to give him CPR as he experienced chest pains and turned blue, a 911 call has revealed.

Ortensia Alcantara, 32, frantically begged 911 dispatchers to send an ambulance to the Buckhead Atlanta residence where she had spent the night before with Samuels.

'I just need to give him CPR. Yes! [I need an ambulance] It's Kevin-f******-Samuels,' Alcantara can be heard saying in the May 5 call obtained by TMZ. 

'No, [he is not awake.] He has no regular rhythm, I can't feel it.  He is breathing in and out but he has no regular rhythm.' 

The distraught nurse would later tell first responders that the self-proclaimed dating guru had fallen on top of her and became blue after experiencing chest pains. 

But before help arrived, Alcantara pleaded with Samuels to gain consciousness and gave him CPR until an EMS took over, trying - and failing - to save the infamous Youtuber. 

'Come on, Kevin, you got this, just try to breathe. Come on, think about your mom. Think about your daughter,' the woman said between cries. 

During the desperate call released Monday, Alcantara also told 911 operators that she needed to go to the front desk for a defibrillator.

'I need to call the front desk to get an AED, he's not going to make it. If they have one, I need to get it right now,' she says, 'call the front desk so they can get me a f****** AED right now. He's turning blue, I can't wait any longer.'   

Paramedics gave CPR to Samuels, who was found unresponsive on the floor of the apartment. He was transferred to Piedmont Hospital, where he died aged 57. 

Samuels' mother, Beverly Samuels-Burch, told NBC News she discovered her son had died after seeing it on social media.
