A shop owner and his colleague miraculously avoided being crushed by a car after it smashed into their store.
Three people were inside the car when it went flying into the Golden Gem Birds in Pooraka, Adelaide at about 1.30pm on Thursday.
Shocking footage shows the vehicle crashing through bird cages and eventually smashing into the store's counter - but remarkably both staff members and all the animals inside survived.
