A father-of-one has today admitted killing a young woman who was found strangled in an isolated beauty spot.
Lily Sullivan, 18, had been partying with friends and a seen in a nightclub just hours before her body was found in the Mill Pond area of Pembroke, south Wales, in the early hours of Friday, December 17.
Lewis Haines, 31, of Lamphey, Pembrokeshire, was charged with Miss Sullivan's murder and a court heard he strangled the teenager.
Haines appeared at Swansea Crown Court today where he denied murder but pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
He is due back on court on June 20 for trial.
Haines and Miss Sullivan allegedly met in a Pembroke nightclub called Paddles just
