The woman claims the incident is the second in which she has been allegedly assaulted by US soldier at a nightclub, but had decided not to report the first alleged incident. The alleged assault is understood to have occurred at the popular Landmark Hotel in April and was caught on CCTV. It is understood the accused man was ejected by bouncers after bystanders pulled out their phones to record the confrontation. NT Police confirmed they had charged a 21-year-old man over the nightclub incident in the Darwin suburb of Palmerston (stock image) Northern Territory police confirmed they arrested a young man on Tuesday. 'A 21-year-old male was issued an Notice to Appear for indecent assault after an incident at a licensed premises on Roystonea Avenue (Palmerston) on April 30,' police told Daily Mail Australia.
