A Cincinnati puppy named after a famous 80's pop star is on the mend after she was was found with a hair tie around her snout that left a deep gash down to the bone.
Last week, a Good Samaritan brought in the brown puppy into Cincinnati Animal CARE with a small hair tie placed on her muzzle that left a deep gash all the way down to the bone and intense swelling.
The vets at the shelter provided her with immediate care, removing the hair tie and stitching
