Today show hosts were speechless when an interview with the eight-year-old schoolboy who was accidently tackled by Scott Morrison took a wild turn.
The prime minister was on the campaign trail visiting the Devonport Strikers Soccer Club on Wednesday, in the electorate of Braddon in Tasmania, when he accidentally bowled over one of the club's young players.
Luca Fauvette, 8, appeared on the Today show on Thursday with his grandmother Joy to give his side of the PM's hilarious blunder.

Karl Stefanovic and Ally Langdon were in fits of giggles when Luca reached into his pocket and brandished a red card, declaring the tackle 'should have been a penalty'.
Langdon replied: 'I say sin bin for 10 (minutes)'.
Mr Morrison joined in on a training game with kids when he made a run towards the goal and collided with Luca, the club's centre forward.
'So we were playing soccer and I think someone tried to pass it to me or Mr Morrison and what happened (was) he tripped and he was trying not to fall on top of me,' Luca said.
