A disturbing video has captured a police officer shoving a man so forcefully he fell back onto the concrete, sparking outrage online.
Footage of the incident, captured by a concerned bystander, was posted on Thursday and showed the man being pushed outside a train station in Brisbane's nightlife suburb of Fortitude Valley.
In the video, the Queensland police officer was seen writing in a notepad while a young man spoke to him standing at close range.
The man had reportedly ben asking about getting first aid for a friend before he was shoved to the ground, 9 News Queensland claimed.
