A Utah man who helps lure in animals for hunters has been charged with illegal baiting, using dogs to nail down a bear in a hunt that involved Donald Trump Jr. 

Wade Cox Lemon, 61, was charged with 'wanton destruction of protected wildlife' which is a third degree felony. 

The charge stems from a hunt on May 18, 2018, according to the charging documents.

The state wildlife department was tipped off to a pile of 'grain, oil and pastries' left by the hunting party from that day. 

Wildlife agents responded and confirmed that not only was the half-eaten bait was left in front of a trail camera, but Lemon's initials and phone number were on a trail camera on the site.
