Troubled TV star Andrew O'Keefe has shared his daily routine in rehab which includes telling himself he's a 'good man' in the mirror every morning.

The former game show host then makes his small single-bed and exercises before sharing a hearty breakfast of chicken, broccoli and eggs with the other guests.

The 50-year-old spends his days performing tasks around the 24-hour Global Connect recovery centre and attending counselling sessions and Alcoholic or Narcotics anonymous meetings.

O'Keefe was released on bail by the NSW Supreme Court last week on the condition he remains in the 24-hour rehab centre for at least six months.

He denied all charges except drug possession and claimed he acted in self-defence.

If O'Keefe quits or is kicked out of the Swan Bay facility in Port Stephens on the NSW North Coast, he must hand himself over to police.

The facility is run by Pastor Ross Pene, a member of the C3 Spectrum Church at Anna Bay and the Longriders Christian Motorcycle Club.

It has a five-step process to help men get their lives back on track: manhood, fatherhood, workplace, family and community.
