Surveillance footage captured the moment a top leader of a Latin American drug gang dressed as woman to escape a prison in Paraguay.
César Ortíz, who is also known as 'Gordito Lindo' or 'Cute Chubby,' evaded the security protocol at the notorious Tacumbú National Penitentiary in the country's capital Asunción on May 29.
The 36-year-old, identified as the second person in command of the Rotela Clan's operations, received a jail visit from a woman, who accompanied him to a private room, local media outlets reported.

At some point during the visit, he swapped his prison garb for an olive blouse and blue skirt.
Ortíz painted his finger nails with white polish, added fake eyelashes, applied makeup to his face and threw on a wig.
Authorities said Ortíz went undetected as he walked through several checkpoints before a guard opened the jail exit gate.
