Dominic Perrottet has hilariously recreated a photo of his predecessor Gladys Berejiklian, just hours out from State of Origin.
The New South Wales premier showed his support for the Blues by posing with his back turned draped in a team scarf and beanie while holding a can of Coke Zero.
Ousted state leader Ms Berejiklian was widely mocked for posting the 'memeable' photo last year with the caption: 'Getting ready for Game 1. Go the NSW Blues!'
Mr Perrottet his version in the same parliamentary office with an identical caption sparking a raucous reaction online as 80,000 fans prepare to descend on Sydney's Olympic Park for Wednesday's clash against Queensland.
The sellout crowd will be the largest in Sydney since the onset of the Covid pandemic.
