A San Antonio man has been charged with the sexual assault of 68-year-old neighbor after his mother gave him up to authorities.
Prior to the attack, the suspect allegedly asked her to urinate in the toilet because he enjoyed the sound.
Gino Anthony Bononcini, 29, was arrested Friday by Bexar County Sheriff's deputies in Texas. The assault occurred on April 25, according to authorities.
According to a report, it was the suspect's mother who gave a statement to investigators implicating her son.

The victim said that she was sleeping on her couch when she awoke to use the bathroom. When she got up, she saw the suspect standing in the hallway.
The woman said that she recognized the suspect as someone who was regularly at a neighbor's home. Two weeks before the assault, the victim said that she saw the suspect a friend's barbecue.

According to his Facebook page, Bononcini is a native of San Antonio and works at the Methodist Children's Hospital in the city
She asked the suspect: 'Who's there?' The victim only speaks Spanish, according to documents.
When she screamed 'Don't kill me,' the suspect put his finger over mouth and said: 'Shut up.'
