Drug dealers are duping taxi drivers into delivering packages containing illicit substances to their clients.
Dealers are advertising drugs in cleverly disguised classified ads before connecting with a potential client on an encrypted app and asking them for their address.
They then offer to personally deliver the product to their doorstep or arrange for it to be delivered via a rideshare driver.
