NBA free agent Miles Bridges' wife has posted horrific images of injuries all over her body and said she was 'choked until I went to sleep', a day after her NBA star husband turned himself into police on a domestic violence charge.
Mychelle Johnson said she could not 'be silent anymore' as she posted a series of images on Instagram showing bruises and scratches over her hands, back, legs and face.
'I've allowed someone to destroy my home, abuse me in every way possible and traumatize our kids for life,' Johnson, who has two young children with Bridges, wrote on Thursday.
Along with the photos showing the injuries, Johnson also posted a medical document showing that on Tuesday she had been strangled, suffered brain concussion and a bruised rib. The diagnosis read: 'Adult victim of physical abuse by male partner'.
Johnson posted the series of images showing her injuries a day after Bridges, 24, turned himself into Los Angeles police on a domestic abuse charge.
Bridges was in an argument with a woman that became physical on Tuesday, according to TMZ, and the alleged victim needed medical attention.

Bridges fled the scene before police could arrive, but turned himself in on Wednesday. He was charged with felony domestic violence and released on $130,000 bail.
Johnson said on Thursday she had suffered a fractured nose, wrist, torn eardrum, and torn muscles in her neck 'from being chocked until I went to sleep'.
She posted images showing her swollen nose, bruises on her fingers, legs and back, as well as a bloodied eardrum.
Johnson, who has two young children with Bridges, wrote: 'I hate that it has come to this but I can't be silent anymore. I've allowed someone to destroy my home, abuse me in every way possible and traumatize our kids for life.
'I have nothing to prove to the world, but I won't allow anyone who could do something so horrible to have no remorse and paint a picture of something I'm not.
'I won't allow the people around him to continue to silence me and continue to lie to protect this person. It's unethical, it's immoral, it's truly sick.'
