Jasmine Love, 15, caught a train from Harris Park in the city's west at about 4am on Tuesday. She was later seen at the busy Wynyard train Station at about 5.45am, wearing a maroon Harry Potter Hogwarts jumper. Police and her family have 'serious concerns' for her welfare because of her age. Police and her family say they hold serious concerns for Jasmine's welfare due to her age. She is described as being Caucasian, about 155cm tall, of medium build, and has brown hair with pink dyed strands.
