A Hollywood producer charged with the murder of a model and her architect friend is now facing a slew of felony sexual assault charges for a series of unrelated cases, as the Los Angeles District Attorney warns he may have other victims.

On Tuesday, District Attorney George Gascon announced that seven additional women have come forward to claim David Pearce, 40, sexually assaulted them between August 2010 and November 2021.

He warned there may be other victims, urging them to come forward.

'We know that often survivors do not report sexual assault for a variety of reasons,' Gascon said at a news conference. 'Sometimes they feel the system is not going to listen to them, sometimes they're afraid of their assailant, sometimes they feel ashamed, and we recognize that these are all factors that play a role.

'That is one of the reasons we're here to say to our community, and certainly survivors out there, that if you feel comfortable coming forward we're here for you.'

Gascon urged any additional victims to either call the Los Angeles Police Department at (213) 382 -9470 or the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office at (877) 542- 9370.

In the meantime, Gascon announced Pearce is facing three counts of forcible rape, two counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object, one count of sodomy and one count of sexual penetration by use of force.

He is also facing homicide charges in the deaths of model Christy Giles, 24, and her friend Hilda Marcela Cabrales-Arzola, 26, whose were found unconscious, dumped outside two separate hospitals on November 13.

Additionally, Pearce is facing two more felony charges for selling or offering to sell them a controlled substance leading up to their drug-induced homicides.

He is now being held on a $3.4 million bond, and is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing next Monday.

If convicted on all of the charges, Pearce could face up to 120 years in prison.

Gascon officially announced the charges against Pearce on Tuesday, days after the Los Angeles Times first reported he was charged with Giles and Cabrales-Arzola's deaths.

Giles, 24, was found the sidewalk at Southern California Hospital in Culver City on November 13, 2021. She died a short time later from what was determined to be an overdose of fentanyl, cocaine and other drugs.

A few hours later, her friend Cabrales-Arzola, 26, was left at Kaiser West Los Angeles. She remained in a coma until she died on November 24 from organ failure and intoxication from cocaine, MDMA and possibly other drugs.

Their deaths were ruled as drug-induced homicides.

Surveillance video showed their bodies being dumped by three masked men driving a Toyota Prius with no license plates, and one month later Pearce was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter.

He has remained in jail ever since December on unrelated rape charges, accused of sexually assaulting four women in 2010, 2019, February 2020 and October 2020 in crimes not connected to the deaths of Giles and Cabralez-Arzola.

Finally on Tuesday, Gascon said investigators have found enough evidence to link Pearce with their deaths, and the sexual assault of three other women.

'We knew that this was going to be a lengthy investigation, and we started with the charges we knew that we could prove,' he explained. 'Most had to do with the using and administration of drugs.

'The LAPD did a lot of work here as well as our prosecuting team because we knew that they were murders and we wanted to prove that; and that is the reason why the outstanding charges have been confirmed.'

But Pearce's attorney insists that the District Attorney's Office still does not have enough evidence to convict Pearce on any of the charges against him.

'All the allegations, including the new charges, are based on extremely weak evidence,' Jacob Glucksman told the New York Post.

'The DA's Office is prosecuting under the premise of "where there's smoke there's fire." The problem is, they haven't yet located any fire.'

Meanwhile, the District Attorney's Office is also charging Brandt Osborn, 42, an actor as an accessory to the pair's murder.

He allegedly told two fellow actors, Alexandra Creteau and David Murrietta Jr. that he was partying with Giles and Cabralez-Arzola before their deaths, and helped Pearce dump their bodies.

'He told me how they'd partied, two girls came back
